Basildon Education Services Trust (BEST) is a company with charitable status, working on behalf of a partnership of 25 schools in the Basildon area.
Our aim is to provide additional support and challenge for schools so that young people from Basildon can compete on an even playing field with young
people from more prosperous areas across the UK.
BEST emerges from the tradition of the East Basildon Local Delivery Group and the Basildon Excellence Cluster who were funded by the government and
Essex to support and challenge schools in raising achievement, providing leadership and management, supporting emotional health and well-being, and
providing opportunities for young people outside of normal school hours/environment.
We want the BEST expectations by parents, staff and local community for our young people
